Brad, President and CEO of Hallmark Homes, founded the company in 1995. Brad was born and raised in Boise, ID. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Utah State University and worked for several years in different areas of the construction industry. When Brad formed this company, it was his goal to build a company that would construct some of the finest homes in the Treasure Valley by adhering to strict, high standards of quality.
Brad has “hand picked” all of the trade partners that work with Hallmark Homes to ensure these high standards of quality are met. Brad enjoys working closely with both homeowners and his trade partners to ensure a pleasurable experience for each new homeowner. Brad currently resides in Eagle, ID with his wife and 7 daughters. His hobbies include spending time with his family, wakeboarding, skiing, and playing all types of sports.
Brandon Fabrizio
Brandon has been an integral part of our team since 2004, initially working alongside Brad before briefly moving away. In 2013, he returned to Boise—a place he loves and is proud to call home. With deep roots in the community, he’s passionate about building high-quality homes and creating lasting value for homeowners.
As our Construction Manager, Brandon oversees every aspect of the building process, ensuring each home meets our high standards for craftsmanship, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. Thanks to strong, long-standing relationships with many of our trade partners—some of whom have been with us since Brad founded the company in 1995—Brandon is able to streamline projects and maintain efficiency across every build.
When he’s not on the job site, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of everything Idaho has to offer. Whether skiing at Bogus Basin, boating at Lucky Peak, Lake Lowell and Black Canyon Reservoir , or backpacking in the mountains of Idaho, he loves exploring the great outdoors. He’s also passionate about sports, music, and traveling with his wife and children—always looking for the next adventure.
Carl Ostyn
Carl Ostyn is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with over 34 years of experience. Growing up in Idaho, he developed a passion for building early on while working alongside his father, a second-generation building contractor. His extensive expertise spans construction management, personnel leadership, design, and contractor sales.
As a dedicated industry professional, Carl collaborates closely with building partners and homeowners to deliver high-quality homes throughout the Treasure Valley. He takes great pride in transforming well-crafted plans into exceptional finished projects.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Carl has been happily married to his wife, Connie, for 33 years. Together, they have raised three adult sons and enjoy embracing the natural beauty of Idaho’s outdoors. In his free time, Carl can often be found camping, motorcycling, target shooting, and cherishing time with his family as he watches his sons grow into accomplished young men.
Jeff Dildine
Jeff is excited to be the Sales Director for Hallmark Homes. Jeff has 25 years experience as a real estate broker and has worked closely with, and represented, several top builders in two states. “Working with Hallmark Homes is the pinnacle of my career”, says Jeff. “The people in the company are the absolute best. The product is of the highest quality and value. It’s so exciting to see how happy people are when they purchase their dream home with Hallmark Homes!”
Jeff and his family love living in the Boise area. It is home to he and his wife, all four children and his first two grandchildren. Hobbies include golf, racquetball, sports of all kinds, novice photography, hiking, a little traveling when possible, and mostly just being with family and friends.
Austin Wilkes
Austin joined Hallmark Homes in May 2019 and takes pride in contributing to the growth of his hometown, Boise, Idaho. A graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, he combines his deep-rooted knowledge of the area with his expertise in homebuilding.
As the lead of Hallmark’s preconstruction team, Austin guides homeowners through every step of the design process, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision. He also manages budgeting and coordinates with trade partners to source materials, keeping projects on track and within scope.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golfing, playing basketball, and making the most of Idaho’s incredible outdoors.
Carson Smith
Carson has been working with Hallmark homes since January of 2024 and has been in the residential home building business as a laborer since 2018. Carson is from the Boise area and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in business finance from BYU Idaho.
Carson works closely with homeowners and trades during construction to make certain they are delighted with their experience building with Hallmark Homes. His favorite part of building homes is seeing the customer’s satisfaction with a finished home.
He married his wife, Hadley in July of 2024 and together they enjoy trail running, hunting, taking walks on the Boise river greenbelt, and traveling.
